Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping always came too early and then never returned if we were still in the room. They did not replenish the used towels. We had to ask. Towels are low quality. Beds are too firm. Bedding gets very disorganised when sleeping. Restaurant food was subpar and too expensive.

The room was amazing...very thankful for the couch in our room. The bed is really really hard and the pillows deflate as soon as your head lays on them. The room was nice and clean though and everything else was great.

Our AC broke and we had to stay at a hotel with our pup! This hotel is awesome, clean with great staff and housekeeping! Very conveniently located. Our suite was spacious especially since we stayed for almost a week! Morning staff was quick and efficient with breakfast, evening staff was slow with dinner orders (we had to get to-go since we couldn’t leave our pup in the room) and they ran out of wine, while I was waiting for our order. I’m assuming since it is low season they have few employees at this time of year. Front desk is as very friendly and helpful. Pool is cooled to having a refreshing swim even in the heat. Very dog friendly! Clean!

Nice location for us, we enjoyed having a desk we could easily move around. The mattresses need to be upgraded. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Lighting in parking lot needs to be improved as it is very dark and dreary. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Room was very clean and housekeeping came in daily to tidy up the room. We didn’t eat breakfast as it wasn’t included in stay.

Our first Holiday Inn (not our usual “Express” as we usually stay at! What a treat! Not so busy in August. Arrived at 3pm, tired from a 10 hour drive and was greeted with a very friendly front desk. Nio need for pics. All the pics on the website and reviews are spot on! Rooms are clean and linens smell and look “fresh and so ‘clean-clean’!’ ;) wished we would have stayed longer to swim. Has a Bar! What?!? But only open in the evenings. Darn. Breakfast is buffet style, but hot. We got a free person voucher but you’ll have to pay extra for others. Oh but Kids eat free! Please stay here if you can. It was a lovely time. Peace out!
